Full Acquisition Service Fee

Buying a property with you is a joint venture and we want to ensure you are happy with absolutely everything before our full service fee is payable. Therefore, we offer our clients a success-based fee model which is outlined in detail on Page 3 of our Exclusive Purchase Authority and agreed upon by all parties.

Engagement Fee: $3,300 including GST - This is an upfront deposit, and forms part of the overall Fee.

It is not in addition to the Acquisition Fee below.

Acquisition Fee: Fixed rate - This translates to $16,500 including
GST (discounted rate, normally $19,800 including GST).
